Watch the replay and move with us through a 50-minute full-body pilates workout designed to improve your strength, flexibility, and tone your entire body with low-impact, mat-based exercises. You'll leave the class feeling stronger, longer, and calmer.
Wherever you are on your fitness journey, beginner or advanced, this class is for you. No prior pilates experience is needed. All you need is a yoga mat and some space to stretch it out!
