Our Return Policy

We offer a risk-free 90-day return policy. You may return any item purchased from (excluding all travel size and 2oz products, all accessories, bundles and kits as indicated, and samples) within 90 days of receipt for store credit or a full refund to the original payment method used for purchase.

How it Works:

If you received the wrong item(s) or your item(s) arrived damaged please email and we'll send over a replacement right away.

We will notify you via email once your store credit/refund has been processed.  

Excluded Return Items:

  • Travel size & 2oz products
  • Accessories – cosmetic bags, brushes, combs, hair towels & pillowcases
  • Samples and sample packets
  • Partial bundles and kits (all bundled items must be returned with all components for a full refund)
  • Products which have been purchased at other retail partners: please contact retail partner customer service team for information on their return policy

EVOLVh reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny guarantee requests in its discretion if a customer has abused the EVOLVh 90-day satisfaction guarantee.
