Dear EVOLVhers,
The "h" in EVOLVh stands for healthy and it has always been my vision to help people evolve in a healthy direction, not only in their hair product choices, but in all areas of wellness, including exercise and fitness. One of my dearest friends and early EVOLVh investor, Dr. Eduardo Dolhun, always reminds me that the most important thing we can do for our health is to “move.” That’s why we’ve teamed up with world-class Pilates instructor and movement expert Kelsey Wiedenhoefer to bring you an amazing FREE class!
Endless studies show that even moderate levels of exercise can have profound positive benefits for our health, yet so many of us don’t take the time, and now due to Covid many of us are engaging in exercise and overall physical movement far less than before.
My dream has always been to use the EVOLVh platform for the good of others beyond our amazing products. That’s what this month’s collaboration with Kelsey and Move with Studio is all about. We want to introduce our community to different fitness modalities and the joy of group classes from home. Even if we inspire just one person to commit or recommit to a consistent fitness routine through this free class with Kelsey, it’s a win in my book!
