5 Quick & Easy Hairstyles For Fall

No time? No problem!

Regardless of your personal stance on pumpkin spice lattes, there's no denying that fall is upon us, and it seems like we are all in go-mode with absolutely NO time to waste. Luckily, there are still ways to prioritize your hairstyle even with only a few minutes to spare in the morning and our styling products are here to come to assist. Check out the five super quick and easy styles we've compiled for you that you can achieve in less than five minutes each!

Tousled High Pony

This look is sleek, yet fun. The high ponytail means business while the looseness of the definition shows you don’t take things too seriously. All you have to do is comb or brush your hair up into the pony, wrap around your hair tie, then loosen things up manually by teasing our tousling with your fingers, gently pulling some hair out of place.

Bonus chicness points for wrapping a few strands around the hair tie itself (to "hide" it) and securing them in place at the bottom/base of the pony with a bobby pin.

Pro tip: the wavy side of the bobby pin goes down with the flat side up - the ribbing actually helps grip your hair and keeps it in place.

Set everything in place with a few spritzes of our UltraFlex Hairspray

Surfer Chic Beachy Waves

Just hopped out of the shower? Don’t have enough time to blow dry or even *feel* like it? Product we recommend: Supercurl Defining Cream to provide definition and create soft, silky smooth, frizz-free, touchable waves or curls depending on how much texture you have naturally. If you want stronger hold and maximum shape that lasts for days - reach for our newly launched DreamGel Strong Holder Styler to amp up the texture while maintaining touchable tresses for a no crunch and never sticky look. You’ll achieve an effortlessly cool vibe with those coveted beachy waves without applying heat!

Warning: while this air dry method is great for warmer and transitional weather, do not take it with you further into the fall or winter. By that time, you'll want your hair to be fully dry before stepping out as cold temps/air will cause damage to wet/damp hair. Thankfully our styling products all provide built-in heat protection.

Side Braid

We know, sometimes braids can seem a little elementary, but they are CUTE and so easy to do. And they go with any look! You can dress them up to corporate standards or loosen them up for a laid back appeal.

Product we recommend: Superfinish Polishing Balm to deliver brilliant youthful shine, de-frizzing, and flyaway control. It also moisturizes, protects, and adds strength, all while preventing breakage and splitting.

Low Pony Or Bun

Perhaps the easiest look yet! All you have to do is part your hair and gather it low, then use a brush or comb to flatten it out on top and smooth out any bumps. Use an oh-so-on-trend bejeweled clip, the nostalgically-cool-again scrunchie, a mini silk scarf or bandana, or your plain ol' trusty hair tie to secure it into a low pony or a low bun. Then feel free to pull out a few strands in front to give some dimension, like wispies. Or, add in some hair clips in front to jazz things up.

Product we recommend: Ultimate Styling Lotion to boost shine, reduce frizz, and hold style.

Half-Up Top Knot

This look is so chic AND keeps your hair out of your face. Remember the half up half down look from your younger years? This is its trendier cousin. It sits a little higher and is twisted around in a mini bun instead of falling through the ponytail.

Prep your hair with InstaVolume Mousse to add texture and hold.
